Does anyone have any details about the need to register your bore hole and fosse?

There's a lot of discussion on this topic here, and a lot more here.

Since it doesn't affect me, I haven't read it all, but hope this helps a little.

Thank you Richard I had seen the expat forum but not the other one.

We have both a bore hole and a fosse. There are now rumours that registration has now been extended to 2010!! I do hope so - we are out to Portugal for a week on Tuesday and were hoping to have a relaxing time for a change this visit
