As posted on the other notice,we have a building plot next to this house with all required certificates de urbanism, the buyer who had financial probs. and couldn't complete had already had soil tests and submitted plans for 2 bed house and had building permission. Main drainage is being installed in Sept-Oct. pumping stations already in. Water/Electricity and Town Gas are available at the site entrance.Bottom price is 56000e +Notaires Fee.

Hopefully plot now sold,again.Not sold yet again due to another timewaster wanting to borrow 172K with no savings? Another 4 months wasted.
