Most of my guests to Italy come from vrbo.com - they are mostly American (do to the Avellino location). With a Rome location, you would also do well with the uk sites.

I think you are asking about rental agencies which charge a comission, but think you will do better with some of the listing companies and VRBO is one of them.

May I also, rather boldly suggest that if you were to improve your website it would make a huge difference. It's a bit confusing and you have to scroll down to view important info. Have a look at the websites of other members.
