Hello all you owners-I have a good friend who has just been badly let down over a property purchase and is back to house hunting again, this time it's getting urgent!-their wishlist is;

France-favoured area Poitou Charentes - main house in good habitable condition, 2 gites, land suitable for horses at least a hectare, and walking distance to a village with a school and some commerces. Don't mind updating gites etc budget including all costs £400 000.

22 hectares up here in Normandy is actually equestrian centre... house liveable and is lived in lots of out buildings ready for renovation... has great potential... divorce so I think they will take offers... 460,000ish €
