I think it very much depends on the person you get. Orange have made my blood boil regularly. However there have been occasions when I have got someone who really wants to help me and has answered all my questions coherently, without presuming that I am a complete idiot - I wanted to take their name and direct number so that I could file it away, but sadly they won't let you do that!
