At the end of this season we wish to sell our successful B & B in the Tarn & Garonne. As my husband now works full time we wish to spend a bit more time together and a bit less with the clients. We have run the B &B for 5 years and are open all year round.
The price is 300,000€ (no silly offers!!) and it would make an ideal purchase for someone early retired who wants a reasonable income. We are staying in the area and I'd be glad to give anyone a hand with the administration necessary to set up.
