Alan,

You are barred from posting for one week. If you continue to post in this manner thereafter, the bar will be extended.

Now, would you like to continue with your personal attack on me or would you like to discuss why we can’t access the postings made by Ju and A2 and some others?
Well if that doesn't take the biscuit Alan.

Well said Vrooje by the way!!!!

Thanks ever so for that Ros, yes, I did ask the question last week but got no answer (although it was a 'side' question in another thread).

LV you clever moo moo, would never have thought of that as the answer in a zillion years

Am I the only one who read Alan's posting as a story he was telling against himself and found it amusing? What a pity it lead to overreaction all round.

Well Margaret ..sigh......

I really dont know what to say

Except that, I didnt contact Paolo or Brooke, or anyone else to say what was happening to me was wrong...
So the fact they intervened, was because they saw what was happening for themselves.
They also decided it wasnt right!!!!!!

Youre idea on whats amusing and mine must be very different.......

Too funny ...   ... Yeah, that's it for now. My last identity was stolen, albeit innocently, so I thought I better hang on to this one just in case.

Could work for Ju-ju too.

I'm sorry but don't agree that Alan was being amusing, I think he was abusive to Big Sis without provocation, last week I was the victim and before that someone else. Brooke and Paolo were quite right to intervene. Not only is this forum for the dissemination of knowlege in our specialist profession, but it's open to be viewed by all, including potential clients and that kind of abuse only harms the reputation of the forum.

Quite agree, it's about time these personal attacks are stopped. This is supposed to be a friendly forum, and I'm saddened by the way differences of opinions cannot be sorted without reverting to personal abuse...

A-class would be better still! I wouldn't object to being thought of in the same breath as Mercedes! :D

Mind you, their A-class isn't quite as top of the range as you might like Joanna!

I also agree with the above comments; there's been too much of this going on in recent months.

I'm not referring to this thread, but I wish people would stop being so over sensitive about some things on this forum and stop confusing an attack on people's opinions with 'personal abuse'. If we all agreed on everything it would be really boring on here.

La Vache

No one wants the forum to be boring, and healthy debate is positive, on the other hand, a number of us, not overly sensitive, have suffered personal attacks and abuse and that clearly is not acceptable. It has caused upset to those who have suffered. Whether you find the remarks acceptable or not doesn't matter, what does is how it effects those who are the brunt of it.

Brooke and Paolo would not have intervened if they didn't both agree.
