How to sell a house in Spain?

I have been trying to sell our Villa in Campoverde, Costa Calida. I am not desperate to sell, and receive rent from the property.

I know this is a bad time to sell in Spain, so just wondered if anyone had any ideas of how best to get a sale.

I had to sell one of my apartments three years ago. The Spanish agents were all useless so after nearly a year I ended up advertising on Daltons - online. It sold within a couple of months
