Family Retainer Does Absolutely Everything ! 12/46

Post by Jaques »

Sixty year old man with a broad experience of all matters
practical can do as much, or as little, as you require, for property occupied on a part-time basis.

Cleaning ( including pool ), linen, garden ( maintenance and landscaping ) , mail , bills, fix leaks , drains, fuses, outside lights, minor building works and maintenance, purchase furnishings and equipment, wine and other food items ( owners only ) . In fact everything you'd expect from a family retainer !

Very cheap rate. pm for details.

Area between Figeac and Cajarc ( Lot Valley ) , and a bit north ( Lot 46 ) and a bit south ( Aveyron 12 ) of this line. Travelling further afield is not a problem, but mileage and time would be charged.

He owns and runs this one himself www.checkitout4u.com Prefers the longer-term working relationship.

Yes I posted a link, www.checkitout4u.com

Jacques

It is my villa and I let it 12 months of the year.

Also to be found on Homelidays
Holiday gites .co.uk and rentaplacein france.com.

Does that qualify me as an owner ?

Welcome too Jacques, sounds like a good service you are offering - I suppose Scotland is a tad far
I find television very educational. Every time someone switches it on I go into another room and read a good book.

Hi,

Yes Scotland is a little far, and Marmande is a longish drive. I don't mind travelling but it puts up the cost.
Thanks for your kind sentiments
Jacques
