Where are the naturists?

Is it a Europe wide problem concerning the lack of bookings? After Pengman (in Dorset) and Casscat (in Spain) referring to the lack of bookings, we are also very short of bookings for our naturist beach appartment on the Mediterranean coast near Perpignan in France. In earlier years July and August used to be booked at least 6 months ahead, but not this year with 7 weeks not booked yet. We hear that around three million people regularly practice naturism in France during the summer, so where are they?
