new form of sales tax for property

New form of tax calculation as from 1/1/2022. Previously the buyer paid 10% of the sale price or a ratio of catastral value (whichever higher). Now there is a "valor de referencia" for very property in Spain that you can find in the "sede electronica" of Catastro. I haven't been able to access it because it says my details are wrong.
