New to holiday lets

We have a small house we have rented out for 12 years and the tenants left last autumn. We put a new kitchen in, decorated throughout, had new flooring and then decided we would do holiday lets.
Obviously we had to wait until April until we were allowed to have guests.
We had two weeks booked in April, all of May was full and June is fully booked. One booking in July, 2 in August, 2 in September and 1 in October. I am hoping July fills up now.
It is just one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and conservatory so ideal for couples but it’s quiet and in a nice spot and just 10 miles from the coast. It has a private sheltered garden and parking.
We have had all positive comments so far and no complaints. OH and I do the changeover together and so far so good.
