How is everyone managing their changeovers this year? I'm requesting a rest of 72 hours between bookings, to allow for recommended sanitation procedures, but on one property, I have been asked to do interim cleans whilst guests are still staying there, which I'm not particularly happy about. How does every one else feel about it?

We carry on as before. 6 hours between departure and the arrival of the new guests which gives us enough time to carry out the same level of cleaning as we have always done.

Doubt if anyone has ever caught covid in a rental property.
