Back in June tourism in Spain was taking off once again.
A Responsible Tourism' seal of quality was being issued to tourism businesses that adhered to Covid safety regulations.

Spain was open for tourism and things were looking far more positive then the previous months.

I am surprised they didn't insist on flexible cancellation terms at that point. It's a tricky one.
