What does btconnect do with spam?

Post by Joanna »

Is anyone here on btconnect? I'm having problems emailing potential guests who have btconnect addresses. I've found that a completely plain email with no links may get through, but not always. I'm thinking about having a standard text message to send them, assuming they've given me their mobile number.

If I sent a text like this would it make sense to a btconnect user:
"I've emailed a reply to your enquiry, if it's not in your inbox please check your spam folder"

Do you have a spam or junk mail folder? Or do some emails just never arrive? Also, do you have a safe senders list or whitelist or something similar?

My personal email is with 1&1 aka Ionos

I used to have problems sending to hotmail - I would press send and off the message would go, no bounceback or error ... but it just didn't arrive. :?

I now have a separate gmail address for the FHL business and it seems to work fine.
