HomeAway: asking for a review? Refund of damage deposit?

Although I am on HA I haven't had any business via them for several years until now, so I'm way out of date with their current procedures. My guests are leaving tomorrow and obviously I would like a review from them.
Does HA automatically send them a review request? Or do I have to initiate something?
Also, am I right in thinking that if I don't get in touch with HA, their damage deposit will automatically be reimbursed after 15 days?
