Does anyone have any experience with this agency? Having decided to dump Sykes, we don't want to end up with similar!

Was with them for 2 years. We had unlimited owner weeks which was a good thing because they didn’t generate a lot of bookings and I have to say the type of guests they sent were the worst possible kind. Smoking in house, causing damage and leaving property in a mess but holidaycottages didn’t want to know about it. Area manager didn’t even bother doing annual inspections. Too busy touting for trade in the local area which ironically they didn’t get.
