Problems with Home Away - they don't pay me ???

Does anyone have the same problem ?
Why doesn't Fewo act conform our bussiness agreement. I did not receive my payment from Fewo for a let of my house. Nothing to be found on the dashboard, Have a ticket no 298567288. They owe me 1560 euros but it completely disappeared from the financial overview in the dashboard. Called twice, chatted once and was thrown of the chat twice.. Such a bad behaviour !!! Thinking of leaving Home Away as they are untrustworthy with money they owe me !!!

Hi, I've had the same, it turned out they were recouping money from stays people cancelled because of corona (where they've been entitled to a refund). Rather than take it out of our bank account they've been taking it from payouts. Don't know if that's the case for you but it was for us.

I had this problem due to them messing up return of damage deposits. It happened twice!!! Now I do my own separately.
