Changeover & Property Mgmt - SE Cornwall/Torpoint/Plymou

A newbie to the forum and my first post 
We have a decided to move out of our property in Torpoint and want to try letting it out as a holiday let after doing some updating - after the current COVID restrictions are lifted of course.
Could anyone recommend any companies or individuals who work in the area that can do the cleaning/changeovers and also possibly supply the linens. Also, does anyone know of a reliable, trustworthy and not too pricey local handyman that they use for their holiday lets in case any minor issues arise?
We are moving quite a ways away so want to be able to manage things remotely.
