Is this offer as good as it seems....5k to Superhosts plus 25% refund on cancelled bookings between Mar to May.
If only they'd given me some bookings though

It's 25% of what we would have got under our usual cancellation terms. We're on ABB strict terms so we would usually get 50% up to 2 weeks before arrival. With this offer we'll get 25% of that 50%. Which is still more than I was expecting. We only had 2 ABB bookings so it's not a big deal for us. Better than nothing though.
