Post by Manclass »

if I have a guest staying at my villa ( providing all my booking aren't cancelled) and this guest has to self isolate during their visit , Another guest is due to arrive at the villa a few days later. My first guest cant leave the villa for 2 weeks , what do I do ?

You will have to cancel the second guest. If you explain the situation, they wouldn't want to come anyway.

Yes I would do that in the hope that they could find other accommodation , one worry is after I refund them whatever they've paid for the villa rental would I be liable for the costs of their flights if I cancel with very few days notice ?

Very good questions. Also, who would be liable for the cost involved in giving the property a super deep clean before next guests arrived? Given the health risk involved I’m not sure cleaners or owners would want or be qualified enough to perform such a task.
