Just in case there are any new residents. This doesn't apply if you don't do your main taxes in Spain. The form 720 is due at the end of the month.
If you have more than 50,000 euros in any of the three categories; bank, property or stock/shares you have to declare it. You don't need to do it each year, only if there is more than 20,000 since your last declaration.
This is important if you have recently come to Spain as a permanent resident.
There is no tax payment involved just that you need to declare foreign assets.
