Anyone have experience of this site for bookings?

If it's the same company/people then we used them many years ago. We had a couple of weeks booked with them over several years so not great.
As I remember, they used to receive the enquiry and then contact us for availability and price and go back to the enquirer. They have probably changed their modus operandi these days!
