Cordialement,
CHRONOPOST Service Client,

Of course, I haven't ordered anything, and it came to an email address that I don't normally use for on-line ordering. The email address is clickable - but actually emails to an address - colis.chronopost@dr.com - which is very strange. I assume that the phone number is one of those that cost a lot to call. WOuld that be the point of this?

I have had that email. I knew I wasn't expecting anything so ignored it. I think the 08 number is a premium one. So yes it could cost a small fortune to ring it.
