From the moment they step through the door your bookings become guests, and their experiences determine whether they ever come back.

I have had more problems from adult only groups!! 3 chaps who ignored the no smoking rule, a group of 5 who sneaked in a 6th, a group of 4 adults who dropped hair straighteners on the carpet and melted it, one group of adults (20 yr old, boyfriend and parents) who ruined some of our towels and decided to take them with her along with some cutlery, and the latest ones who have managed to bleach some towels and bedding. I honestly find families less trouble!! Ok you get crumbs on the floor and perhaps the leather sofas need a wipe down, but it's all been easy to sort so far. We are set up to be family friendly though. And we don't allow dogs, I wouldn't like the smell and hair.
