Winter Let in Malta

Recent guests of ours are moving to Malta and they´re looking for a 3 to 6 month rental property starting October 14.
Ideally they´d like a 3 bedroom villa in commuting distance of Valeta.
They´re a lovely family of 4 whom I can recommend.
If anyone has anything suitable or could give me a lead to pass on to them, I´d be most grateful.
