Holiday chalet in IOW- costs to consider

Hello, am looking at holiday chalets in Sandown, Isle of Wight. Does anyone else know them? I am thinking of costs involved. The fees are £130 per month, plus changeover clean, tax, water, electric meter, gas certificate, insurance, advertising and solicitor fees. How much monthly do I estimate this chalet will cost me? Thank you :)
