We worry because OH works for an EU institution in Strasbourg - the message from on high currently is keep calm and carry on - nothing will change in the near future.

From friends and neighbours, apart from a bit of kindly teasing about leaving, they have all said just get French citizenship, problem solved.
People who arrive after 10pm, shouldn't expect a hug.....

My advice would be to change the subject to France's exasperation of Barroso's move to Goldman Sachs.

Ask them why France thinks is a wrong move and why are they worried is sends out the wrong signals about the E.U.?
