Changes in Cotisations sociales des auto-entrepeneur 2016

I was just cruising through the changes listed for 2016 in Service-Public and spotted that the cotisation are being reduced in 2016. Good news I thought but I then checked what I had paid in 2015 and I have paid more than is listed on the website. I am with RSI, before I take it up with them has anyone else noticed this discrepancy?

List I paid
2015 Vente de marchandises 13.3% 14.3%
Prestation des services 22.9% 24.6%

Did you sign up to pay the 1% flat rate tax on your turnover? That would explain the difference.

A good question Louloup, to be honest I can't remember, it was 3 years ago and there was a lot going on at the time (well thats my excuse anyway). I am about to send a note to RSI asking for clarification.
