Unit cost of electricty

Ciao Tutti!
Having sorted out the gas prices, our focus has now moved to Electricity. From next year we will have Aircon so need to get the pricing right. We have 6KW in the villa and wondered what unit price other folks charge their guests for electricity at their holiday rentals in Italy.
