OD - failure/late texts

Post by Mouse »

Just a heads up for those of you using OD.
I've had 3 enquiries in the last 9 days and I got the notification text to my mobile for only 1 of them...and that was 3 days late. I'm still awaiting the others.

It may just be me...but I'm mentioning it just in case it's a general problem and you rely on these texts to prompt you to check your email.
As far as I can see the emails came through fine.

Mine seems to be working OK, but thanks for the heads up. I'll keep an eye out.

Seems to be working OK for us, but thanks for the warning, Mouse.

Hi - i have experienced delays in the past with OD - sometimes 3-4 hours before the actual enquiry shows. I occasionally send a test message to check that all of my subscriptions are working correctly.
