York pet friendly for coastal

Hi everyone,
This may be a long shot and I know it is a long way off, but I wonder if anyone is interested in a swap.
Our property is in York, sleeps 8 and is pet friendly. You can see it on the Sykes cottages website property ref 11299.
We are looking for a coastal property, either in the UK or somewhere no further than a 4 hour plane journey from the UK.
The property does not need to be pet friendly. We will be a party of 5/6, myself, hubby, 3 children (although the youngest is 17) plus my daughters fiancee.
We are looking to swap either the last week of July next year or the first week of August.
Any swap offer does not need to co-incide, any week is available to swap at this point.
