Fab review

From the moment they step through the door your bookings become guests, and their experiences determine whether they ever come back.

Lovely, Kathy... well done. Definitely not worth quibbling about a broken chair!

I'd be interested in meeting you all, too - depending on dates, and bookings!

That's too many people......... we'll use one double room which leaves 3 doubles and two twins, would anyone want to share?

Possible dates are any time in October excluding 6-13th and half term which starts on the 26th. Or we could always swing it over to November......

This might put a few of you off, my husband Glen will also be there which means our 3 whippets will also be there.......

Well, I remain a definite possible  because I'd love to come , but I'm aware it's a long schlep from here so have to be realistic (sometimes). I'm thinking on ... But October probably not possible for me because of existing bookings ....

I would be happy to share, but at the mo, everyone is from within France I think? As I would have to travel from UK, I guess it would be nice if I could travel with someone else, don't know how or anything, but I'm always game for a trip!

No, you don't need new glasses - it's not there! With 2 suites both let on a cdh basis from 2 and 3 nights respectively (but usually much longer), and our own 'lifestyle' decision not to fill up back to back but keep some gaps in between (unless we especially like the enquirer or it's someone we know), we find it better not to have availability calendars ... gets too complicated! And interestingly a lot of enquiries for dates that we can't do turn into bookings for other dates, so it doesn't in any way seem to work against us. It does mean that I'm umbilically attached to my email though! Oops, sorry, thread creep!

I wouldn't worry FC, most of this whole thread is a massive thread creep! Maybe I should start a new one for the Meetup?

Anyway, Nemo - here are travel options from the UK to France. If you decide on flying, we can pick you up from Brest Airport, it's only 20 mins away. :)

I'm an hour from the ferries in Caen and Cherbourg, if that is any help to anyone, and would probably not be going far from Dinard with Ryanair flights from Stanstead and Luton. Ill look at my route!
