Swap Devon cottage with pool for child friendly accom, UK

Hello
We have 4* cottages in mid Devon with indoor pool - and could offer a cottage (sleeping 2 - 6) during any time of year, as long as available - www.threegatesfarm.co.uk.
We'd like to find somewhere nice to stay in the UK from around 28 or 29 Feb for 5 - 7 nights, with a minimum of 2 bedrooms (we are a couple with a 3-year old daughter).
