Not sure about the meaning of "cache".

French use the word cash without translating it but he has spelled it phonetically.

I think he means he will pay 100% upfront instead of by deposit and then a later payment in the hope that you give him a discount.

Just out of interest I ran that through both of the translators that I use and got:

a) If I rule the week hiding in the book are you a discount?

b) If I regulate you the week hiding place with the reservation does you do make a reduction?
