What Greenbarn said except we're not on site.

I reckon that the credit card refund charges I save over a year just about cover the minor damage we get - stained towels, broken glasses etc. and I probably wouldn't have charged for those anyway.

Anything major so far (a chewed table - dog not guest) has been owned up to and paid.
