I am setting up a used book exchange in Palamos on the Costa Brava but am desperately short of books. I need at least a couple of hundred more novels in good condition. So if you live in the Girona area and have some books taking up space let me know.

Your neighbours seem to have the opposite problem.

From time to time, we have appeals to take away English books resulting from house clearance or return to UK.
On more than one occasion books have gone to the tip.

Thanks for your sympathetic comments. I am sure it is the same round the Costa Brava but everybody I have asked so far seem to want to horde their books. Never mind at least your reply shows my message is out there.
