Tiroler Curtains

Post by ZwieselDave »

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me out, I scoured the internet yesterday looking for some Tiroler Style curtains, I found a pair on Ebay but that was all, I wonder if anyone can point me in the direction of a supplier for our pension.

Regards & Thanks

Morning M

Hiya,

I started trawling the net this morning again, these are something like what I am looking for but not exactly.

http://www.bonprixsecure.com/at/imageZo ... 7524&oiip=

They are usually look embroidered with Deer or Kids holding hands, in a Brown Checked Pattern

I am struggling to find a picture just spent 20 mins looking for one.

I get my dutch friend to order curtains for me from Holland as they have a really good selection and are good prices - we got something similar sent over to Italy last year (red check with snowflakes and reindeer at the bottom). If you have any dutch friends it might be worth asking them to give you a hand or you could try google translate?

Result,

After spending two days on the internet, walked into town and low and behold they had a selection in a small curtain shop.

Prices having them made up where cheaper than ready made on line and an excellent job.
