Please help with Google map!

Post by Tizfata »

Hello!
Please feel free to move this if this is not the right section.
I went to GoogleMaps and there is my ad (you know, when you put an arrow on your building, then write informations about it).
I saw I have 25 "rewievs". What!?!?!?
I go and see...
There is me, agriturismo-on-line , and e-domizil .it (absolutely NO connection with them )
e-domizil .it is using my ad to publish a link to a nearby property. I do not recall how I can enter and cancel them.
Please someone help a computer illiterate!
Any suggesion welcome.
Thank you!

The map on this page does not show up. Is this the one you are writing about?
http://www.villamaura.iowners.net/map.html I only see an advert near to the bottom of the page.
If not can we have a link please?

Can you put a link up so we can see?
However, this sounds like what happened to me. It turned out that it was linking us up with other reviews via a former agent's phone number that was on my listing. You can go to
http://www.google.com/support/places/?hl=en
and post the issue there - they were slow but did eventually trace the problem.

Thank you both.
I am afraid I don't know how to show you what I mean...
If you have time, please look for:
Via di Rimedio, 3 Fucecchio Italy.
On the low - right end of the picture you see a pin, La Scuola Holidy Home, that is me.
Opening that link, you have the reviews.
Sorry I am not able to do this quicker  ...
On the reviews section you should see the undesired links.
Martha, I already wrote them (link found by accident), thank you!

Are you in a complex, or is the place on its own? Here's the link

When you go into edit your listing, is there any option there to delete them?

If not then it will have to be as Martha says, just wait for Google to come back to you and remove the incorrect links. :(
