A little idea (good or awful?)

From the moment they step through the door your bookings become guests, and their experiences determine whether they ever come back.

I think it's a really nice idea. I have a page on running on the site here
http://www.chaletlaforet.com/summer-in- ... il-running

and it gets accessed pretty regularly. If I was staying somewhere, running with the owner would be definitely something I'd be interested in. I love running on holiday - especially in the early morning, whether city or country. It makes you very much part of the scenery, you feel much less like a tourist. On holiday, I usually take the iphone with me these days, and keep the GPS on in case I get lost, but local company would be great!

KC and Martha, those are great photos and you must be serious runners! I do get some guests who run, but it is on about the same scale as me (pretty rubbish!) and I don't think that on holiday they would be looking at more than an hour's running a day, if that. I'll put an invite in the welcome notes and see what happens.
