Hello!
Due to personal reasons we are forced to offer for sale our just opened country guest house in Portugal. We have three guest rooms with easy potenial for 2 more (one is an antique windmill),and a building for owners quarters, plus a beautiful large swimming pool on 2200 square meters in the heart of the Sintra Natural Park. Amazing ocean views, beautiful rural setting yet only 15 minutes to Sintra and Cascais and 40 minutes to Lisbon.
We are selling for what we paid: 490,000€ . We have put about 45,000.-€ in on renvoations the past 5 months. Including new electric, gas waterheaters, plumbing, sewage, new kitchen and laundry room.
