Christmas/New Year

Getting a few enquiries for weekends for Christmas and New Year holidays. Don't have any firm week bookings yet, but its always a bit last minute here anyway. Was fully booked last year with full weeks.
Would you
1. Tell them I only take full week bookings in the tres, tres haut saison (and hope I get them!)
2. Quote them a slightly silly price and hope it puts them off
3. Tell them to contact me nearer the time just in case I have no luck with full weeks?
Have already decided that I'm not doing any weekends in February (had a failure of confidence last year, and ended up losing week bookings as a result - oops!)
But it has been slow so far!
