I've started a new thread here viewtopic.php?p=173383#173383 as I don't want my comments to highjack Margaret's thread

Just a quick public thank you to those who have sent me PMs. I have indirect contacts through to several people but don't yet know if any of them will be right for the job so any more ideas are welcome!

I certainly will report back.

So, it's happened, just back from awards ceremony in Duesseldorf (not quite the Oscar's but it was great!):

We won! National German eco-tourism prize: Destination Nature special prize for accommodation providers, for encouraging guests to come to the Bavarian Forest by train and use free bus and train travel ticket to get around while here. Just got back from ceremony in Duesseldorf with certificate and huge bouquet of flowers. Award is presented by German railways (Deutsche Bahn) and other environmental organisations.

Just about to dive into the PR work. Will report back!

Thank you Helen! Over the moon I think is the expression. Still have big beams all over our faces. Now the hard work though, getting the message across!
