We own a small cottage which is not regularly rented out due to family use but can offer a changeover/property management and/or gardening service in North Charente/South Vienne to other gite owners next season (or even now!!).
We are registered in France and fully insured for property management. We can give references and have very high standards! Our changeover/cleaning service is offered for Sundays (!), Mondays or Fridays as my own changeover usually takes place on a Saturday. (I believe that holidaymakers are quite happy to travel down on these days as the ferries/roads aren't quite so busy).
