French valuations: fraud

I've just been rerading a decision concerning an estate agent who valued a property at 340 000 francs, bought it herself and sold it several months later for 620 000 francs. Happily, we find that she was condemned for fraud (the details are complex).
Sellers beware false valuations (especially if the agent wants to buy it..)
