Why so few LMHatters on this thread??

Given the number of people with properties in Portugal I'm quite mystified why there's not more 'traffic' on the Portugal thread! There's been so much going on - tourist licensing, energy certification and this year problems with hiring a car. Where is everyone? ......

I am here and have been wondering the same for a long time now.
Just returned from Algarve summer vacations and am amazed with how many apartments are available for rent.
Sure would like to meet and learn from more owners who rent in Portugal and especial the Algarve area.

Good evening to you all, Newbie here but will have to admit to lurking for sometime. What an awesome Forum this is. Thanks to all for many hours of interesting reading. Hopefully I will be able to contribute something of substance in the future. We have owned our little house in Praia da Luz for 7 years and never regreted one single minute.
Well I have taken the plunge so here we go.
