Just had this one in my inbox from rafaelmuller49 @yahoo.com with the subject line "apartment boking deposit":

I'm Dave brother, he asked me to send the deposit for your property from my bank account, so he can book your apartment faster.
I have attached you the bank printscreen. Please check all the account numbers if is correct because I have only 6 hours left to modify if something is wrong.

It isn't actually an attachment, just looks a bit like one does in gmail. It's a link to a website (which I didn't follow). When I looked in the full info for the email, there was a mr.google.com url in the header which would appear to be beloved of scammers and gmail hackers.
I did actually reply (rather wish I hadn't now) saying that I didn't know who Dave is and could they send further information. I've now changed my gmail password.
I also recommend that anyone with gmail adds the extra layer of security whereby google texts you a password when you log into gmail from a different computer for the first time. Gmail hacking is rife - the bandits hold your account to ransom for cash..! This article explains all:
