Is this offer as good as it seems....5k to Superhosts plus 25% refund on cancelled bookings between Mar to May.

We have accepted bookings for a neighbour who cares for a relative but can't live with them 24/7 and two repeat guests one who's static site has closed and another who can't return home due to someone self isolating. All were local.

Refunding 100% for April and referring guests in May to their insurer and will reaccess then.
