Why is it that in the last few days before my Owners Direct renewal is due, there's a real obvious surge of enquiries, none of which even respond once I send them availability? Dodgy or what? It's put me off renewing.

I certainly won't be considering advertising my property with OwnersDirect again. The last enquiry from them was 2 and a half month ago, back in October. Very disappointing.
