Security deposit is a creditor (i.e. you owe it back to the guest) until it is refunded. Just keep a separate column or account for your security deposits. I have had enquiries and one booking directly through FB - and many repeat bookings that are greatly helped by keeping in touch with past guests on FB. I also get referrals from my FB page to my website. In today's climate of of scammers offering properties that don't exist a FB page (and other soc...

I used to do it that way but now I use PayPal - then it's refunded with literally one click. I take the deposit the week before and refund it 24 hrs after they leave. I get refunded all Paypal charges too so it's free - there is a time limit on this to be aware of, 30 or maybe 60 days? Anyway it's ...

What tees me off is if I get an enquiry via HA and I answer it and all the questions that might come up. Then eventually the guest decides to book so I send them a payment request via HA ... which they then pay. IT DOESN'T COUJT! HA only counts reservation requests not enquiries that are converted t...

On your Google+ post, after you have published it, there is a share button in the bottom right hand corner. Click on that and you have the option to share on Facebook and Twitter or to copy the link to share manually elsewhere.
